About Connected Lactation Care
Connected Lactation Care is a private practice serving mothers in the Collin County area.
Melissa Grosh, RN, IBCLC is an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Registered Nurse with over 13 years of lactation experience in both the hospital and outpatient settings. She became a lactation consultant after struggling with breastfeeding her own daughter, now a teenager!
Breastfeeding is a unique journey for every mother and baby. Mothers deserve lactation support that is individualized to their needs.

Individualized prenatal education that will help you prepare for for your breastfeeding journey. Whether you are a first time mother or a mother who had a difficult breastfeeding experience with a previous baby, you will leave this consult feeling prepared and confident.

Telehealth Consults
A lactation consult will be individualized based on your needs and includes an evaluation of your baby's weight, milk transfer, oral assessment, latch assistance, milk supply, breast assessment, breast pump use, and pump flange fit. This consult can address most lactation concerns and includes an individualized plan emailed to you.
Initial visit: $225* (1.5 hours)
Follow-up visit: $175* (1 hour)
Twins: Initial $325* (up to 2.5 hours) and Follow-up $225* (up to 1.5 hours)

Telehealth consultations are convenient and available for mothers who prefer to meet virtually or are unable to meet in person.
Initial visit: $125 (1 hour)
Follow-up visit: $100 (45 minutes)

Returning to work can be a stressful time. This consult will help you evaluate your milk supply and create an individualized pumping and bottlefeeding routine. This will reduce your stress during this transition.
